How do I reclaim one of my Office 2016 installations?
It is not necessary to uninstall Office 2016. Simply deactivate your account on a device. You do not need to have access to the device to deactivate your account on it.
- Open “My Account” in the upper-right corner
- Open “Install Status”
- Click “Deactivate” on the device you wish to reclaim
