How to delete a user

/ Admin Area

A terminated employee’s account will not be deleted from the server. Instead, it will be moved into an AD container that has no rights on the network. However, they will be completely removed from all online services including icExchange and icVOIP.

Sign into the AD server

  1. Move user from Employees to “Employees – Locked Out”
  2. Open Task Scheduler
    1. Run Locked Out sync

Sign into the icExchange Admin

  1. icExchange
    • Backup user’s Outlook
    • Remove Elevate from User
      • Remove unassigned phone number
    • Remove Office license from User
    • Disable Office Apps
      • User -> Office Apps
    • Delete Exchange Mailbox
      • User -> Exchange
    • Delete user
    • Forward email?
  2. Remove Adobe license?
