Set the default font

  1. Open Outlook and click “New Mail” as though you are going to send a new email
  2. Click “Signature” then “Signatures…”
  3. Open the “Personal Stationary” tab
  4. Click “Font…” in the “New mail messages” section
    • Set the font to Times New Roman, Regular, 11
    • Set the font color to Automatic
  5. Click “Font…” in the “Replying or forwarding messages” section and repeat all settings
  6. Close the “New Mail” window

Set email signature

  1. Click here to view the template
    • Double-click on any word to highlight it
    • Press CTRL-A to highlight all of it
    • Press CTRL-C to copy everything that is highlighted
  2. Open Outlook and click “New Mail” as though you are going to send a new email
  3. Click “Signature” then “Signatures…”
  4. Select each existing signature listed and click “Delete”
  5. Click on the “New” button and enter your name when asked to type a name for the signature
  6. Select your name in the “New Messages” and “Replies/forwards” dropdown menus
  7. Click once in the body to place the cursor in it
  8. Press CTRL-V to paste what you copied earlier
  9. Change the line after “Best Regards” with your personal information
    • Change only 1 word at a time to maintain its formatting
    • Yes, only that line
  10. Click “OK”
  11. Close the “New Mail” window
