How do I reset my Microsoft password?

Microsoft periodically requires any password they manage to be changed but their process is quite involved. This includes the password used to validate your Microsoft Office 365 license. Since we use icExchange, Innovative Concepts has written an easier way to synchronize your regular computer password with Microsoft.

1. Go to icExchange – http://www.icExchange.info
2. Click Links in the upper-right corner
3. Click the link to open your User Settings
   • Sign in using your email address and your password
   • If it asks for an alternate email or mobile phone, only enter your mobile phone number
4. Click on the Office Apps icon
5. Enter your regular password into the New Password and Retype New Password fields
6. Click the Reset Password button

It may take a minute or two before you can authorize your Microsoft Office
