Innovative Concepts manages all Email and Telephone services. This services are branded as icExchange and icVOIP respectively. Periodically, your password for these services will expire (based on company policy) and must be changed.
- Go to www.icExchange.info or www.icVOIP.info
- Click Login Links in the upper-right corner
- Click the link under the User Settings sections
- Sign in using your current Email/Elevate credentials
- You may be prompted to change your password if it has expired
- Otherwise, click Change Password

You may also receive a password change notification email similar to the one below. These emails are legitimate and it is safe to click the icExchange User Panel link but, if you are unsure of it validity, please use the directions above.

You can change your password now by logging in to icExchange User Panel and clicking on the Change password link.
