All faxes sent to a company fax number will automatically arrive in a public folder that can be accessed while running Outlook.

Sign in to Webfax
In addition to sending a fax via a printer or receiving a fax in Outlook, you may access the online fax machine via the web. While using Webfax, you will be able to view a fax as a TIFF or JPG file (in addition to the PDF format which was available in Outlook) and see
Send a fax
In order to send a fax, you must have previously installed the fax printer. If you have already done this, simply print to the printer named “Upload New Fax”. You will be given the opportunity to enter one or more fax numbers to send your document to. You may also add a cover sheet easily.
